My husband and I absolutely love School for Amazing Kids, Pelham. Our son was 7 months old when he started at the daycare. Needless to say, we were nervous because his grandmother kept him for us during the day while we worked. Little did we know, our precious bundle of joy warmed right up to his teachers as well as his fellow classmates. Since attending School for Amazing Kids, Pelham, our baby has become so independent. It is hard to keep up with him! The teachers are so nurturing which made the transition for our son easy. We highly recommend this great daycare to new parents. You will not be disappointed.

We love this daycare. We have 3 year old twins that have been there for almost a year. They have learned so much. They have extra activities like PJ day, Kona Ice truck, Sweetheart Banquet, Parents Night out and so much more. My kids love the opportunity they get in being the star student for the week. I like that my kids can take extra classes like ballet, music and sports. We love this daycare.

I have a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old who both attend School for Amazing Kids, Pelham. As a mother of 5 kids, I have had lots of experience with several daycare facilities. I can honestly say this place is fantastic. I’ve never felt so much warmth and caring from the day care staff. I would highly recommend School for Amazing Kids, Pelham to any mom or dad that is looking for that special place that will take good care of their kids while they are at work.

Before moving to Hoover, my daughter attended a Church daycare, which we loved. Therefore, we were very nervous and particular about choosing a new school for her. When I talked to the girls on the phone, to schedule a meeting at School for Amazing Kids, Pelham, I knew it was the place for us! They are so friendly and greet us every morning by name as we walk in the door. We are overall very pleased with the facility, education, and teachers at the School for Amazing Kids, Pelham!

I enrolled my son at  School for Amazing Kids, Pelham when he turned one and he is now in pre-K. I have loved his teachers in all his classrooms and the directors. They are always willing to talk through any issues and I know they truly love working with children. They have a great security system, with the fingerprint ID and a sign-in/out sheet. They are also very organized and the cost is reasonable. I also love the learning activities! I am amazed at how much my son has learned. I know he will be completely ready for kindergarten. School for Amazing Kids, Pelham offers lots of extra activities too, like snowcone truck in the summer or designating days as Superhero day or pajama day (my son’s favorites). This keeps the kids looking forward to each day. And I love the artwork they make for moms and dads, and activities like Star Student each week, a different child. Their classmates get to learn about each other that way. I know that I made the right choice putting my child in daycare/pre-K because my son’s social skills are amazing. Everywhere we go, to a park or whatever, he makes friends. I thank School for Amazing Kids, Pelham for that.

My child has been at the School for Amazing Kids, Pelham for three years. And he loves it! He doesn’t want to miss a day of pre-K, and that makes it so much easier for me as a parent. When I was first looking for a daycare, my most important concern was safety. I needed to feel at ease. The School for Amazing Kids, Pelham has relieved every worry. I know they not only take care of the children and love them and teach them to be kind and considerate, but they also make learning fun for the kids with games and songs. They never get bored. They do lots of extra activities, doing so much for kids and parents, like Santa visits, water play in the summer, parents night out, school pictures twice a year, and so much more. And I feel completely confident that my child will be more than ready for kindergarten because they teach them to follow directions and constantly evaluate their learning progress. He learned “how to share” very early and he’s already mastered how to write his first and last name, among so many other things. It amazes me each day when he says, today we talked about the letter such and such and goes on and on. He loves learning thanks to v. The teachers and directors are amazing, friendly and helpful and always available with any concerns.

If you are looking for an exceptional educational environment w/a little fun mixed in for good measure, then School for Amazing Kids, Pelham Child Care is your answer! The staff is fun, caring, and truly have a heart for shaping young minds. My 4 y/o daughter has really come out of her shell since attending the School for Amazing Kids, and my 2 y/o son has learned so much since we started here almost 2 years ago. There are many opportunities for the kids’ in the way of extra-curricular programs available for a small additional fee. Everything from music class, to dance, to sports readiness is available to choose from. There are also a number of programs and extras that come into the center…from the Birmingham Zoo, to the local library, Kona Ice, even the Wee Readers program. There is a fun new adventure awaiting them everyday. I especially enjoy the little “extras” for parents…like the PNO (Parent’s Night Out) where the staff offers parents the opportunity to enjoy the night out while leaving the kiddos with the teachers they already know and love for a few hours after the daycare closes. Also, School for Amazing Kids, Pelham offers complimentary coffee and a breakfast item for parents as they drop-off their little ones in the morning. School for Amazing Kids, Pelham also offers fun sweepstakes and prizes for parents throughout the year. How great it was for me to win the contest matching teachers w/their baby pictures! All around great FAMILY care!

My daughter is starting in kindergarten next month and she has attended both 3k and 4k at the School for Amazing Kids, Pelham. It’s difficult to find a daycare/preschool that has both compassion and academic excellence, but they do! The teachers are focused on preparing the children for kindergarten in a structured environment. While academic excellence is a focus, the teachers and staff also make each day fun and exciting for the children. They provide a monthly parents’ night out (for siblings as well) for free and consistently have themes and fun days for the children. My daughter just loves it! This place is a winner!

A quality childcare experience is one that should not be taken for granted. My two-year-old attends School for Amazing Kids, Pelham and we could not be happier with our experience. As an educator myself, I understand the importance of a strong curricular foundation, professional staff, and genuine care for students. I cannot say enough about the curricular/instruction aspect provided by the School for Amazing Kids. My little guy comes home each day begging to continue circle time , the directed instruction piece. It is so refreshing to know that his school has provided him with the impetus for life-long learning. He loves to work through the alphabet and his numbers without being prompted to do so. I am so glad that we were able to find a place that is committed to providing pupils with a strong foundation for formal education. Customer service is a big priority for me. Whether it is at the store, or my son’s day-care, I have a high expectation. The staff at the School for Amazing Kids, Pelham has never let me down in this regard. Each day as I, or my wife, pick our son up there is a friendly, smiling face greeting us. They know us by name and treat us like family. I really like that the sign in/out procedure is electronic. This adds an element of security that I have not experienced before. The biometric sign-in is a great feature. As an educator, I have always said that I can get teachers all the tools they need to be successful in the classroom but I cannot make them care about kids. This is an innate quality that all staff at School for Amazing Kids, Pelham possess. I am very proud that my son has such a wonderful school to attend each day. While we are working, his mother and I, do not have to worry about whether or not our child is in good hands. I would recommend School for Amazing Kids, Pelham to anyone with small children without hesitation.
