Children will learn the basics for sports such as tennis, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, and more. We use sports to improve gross motor development, increase concentration skills, build muscle tone, increase competency in hand/eye coordination and improve balance. Sport is also used to teach basic, yet essential life skills. We address the needs of the whole child so children will also learn life skills such as: persistence, courage, cooperation, respect, positive relationships, self-worth, self-esteem, communication, responsibility, and countless other life skills as part of the lessons.
